Simon Muir
Director
Simon has worked in the financial services industry since 1985 and set up Mortgage & Money Management in 1996. Apart from being the Company Director he is also one of our advisors. He is based within our Head Office in Puckeridge.
Tom Edwards
Director
Tom joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2009 after previous experience at mortgage lenders, mortgage packagers and a conveyancing firm. Fully qualified adviser based in the Puckeridge office and lives in Sandy, Bedfordshire and can cover the A1 and the A10 corridor. Specialising in mortgages including residential, help to buy, shared ownership and buy to let. Tom will also review all of your mortgage & lifestyle protection needs.
Oliver Dulson
Broker
Oliver joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2016 as an apprentice, he quickly progressed to become a fully qualified broker and works out of our Puckeridge office. Oliver assists Tom with the running of the business and looks after Elliot Heath estate agents in Ware.
Edd Ranford
Broker
Edd joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2010 after gaining experience in different areas of the financial services industry. Edd is a fully qualified advisor who looks after Peter Cuffaro Estate agents in Stanstead Abbotts.
Panicos Makri
Broker
Panicos joined Mortgage & Money Management in September 2020 having previously worked for himself as a self employed broker. Panicos has always wanted a career in the financial services sector and has been fully qualified since 2017. Panicos operates out of our Puckeridge office but is local to Potters Bar covering the London area and surrounding counties.
Alison George
Broker
Alison joined Mortgage & Money Management in July 2020 having previously worked in London as a broker. She is a fully qualified mortgage broker and has been involved in the mortgage industry for over 6 years. Alison also benefits from having worked directly for a mortgage lender at the start of her career. She is proud to be part of the team and looks forward to progressing within the company
Marc Harper
Case Manager
Marc joined Mortgage & Money Management in September 2021. He previously worked as a negotiator at an estate agent and has vast industry experience due to his previous roles working for Independent financial advisors and insurance companies. Marc works as a case manager working out of our Puckeridge office.
Elyse Instance
Case Manager
Elyse joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2022. With past experience as an administrator she now works as a case manager within our Puckeridge office assisting brokers on a daily basis and ensuring cases progress from submission to completion as efficiently as possible.

Joe joined Mortgage & Money in June 2023. Joe has past experience in sales and now works as a case manager in our Puckeridge Office. Joe is also studying towards his apprenticeship to become a fully qualified advisor.

Dave joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2004 and has over 15 years experience in the mortgage and protection industry. Dave is committed to providing clients with the best advice for their circumstances throughout Essex and nationwide. Dave has also been working in conjunction with Patterson Hawthorn Estate agents since 2004 dealing with their client’s property purchases. A keen golfer and if he isn’t in the office, you will find him on the golf course. Dave has a proven track record of placing mortgages and protection for many years and you can be assured he will look after your needs in these areas for years to come.
