Yes, we report directly to the Financial Conduct Authority (no. 452616) giving us access to the whole market place. In addition, we offer exclusive products via packagers that are not available to you on the High Street.  This can save you thousands of pounds in monthly costs and upfront fees.

Arranging an appointment?

We have brokers covering face to face appointments in Bedfordshire, Essex, and Hertfordshire, as well as London.  Appointments will be at a mutually beneficial time, at a place that is convenient for you.  We are quite happy to arrange ‘out of office hours’ appointments. If you are outside these areas we are still able to help you through non-face to face appointments via telephone and emails.

As a customer, what service will I receive from you?

We feel that our service levels are second to none.  Each of our brokers, with the assistance of our Head Office administration team, takes full responsibility for not only the advice given but also ensuring that you are kept up to date and that the offer is produced swiftly.  You will be provided with a personal reference number where you can track the processing of your mortgage application with our online Customer Login.

What happens when my mortgage completes?

Once your mortgage has completed we will diarise to contact you to review your mortgage requirements at the end of the product term. We want you as a customer for life and happy in the knowledge that you will do business with us on a regular basis throughout the lifetime of your mortgage.

How are we paid?

A typical flat fee of £295 which will become payable on completion of the mortgage.

We will confirm how much the total fee will be in good time before you apply for a mortgage, but you may ask for this information earlier.  This will be detailed on your signed fee agreement.

We will also receive a commission from the lender.  The exact amount of commission we will receive is not known to us at this stage until a suitable recommendation has been made.  We will confirm the actual amount to you as part of the lending illustration we are required to obtain from the lender.
