From Friday 21st December 2012 the European Union will bring into force new legislation that will mean ALL insurances will not take a persons gender into consideration.
This means most insurances will be increasing, mainly for women but in some circumstances for men also. Please don’t just take our word for it, read the financial press and/or Google for additional information.
As a result, we are recommending everyone review their mortgage and personal protection such as life assurance, critical illness cover and income protection before this date.
After 21st December, premiums will be increasing and overall costs for the term of cover should be considered.
